Apartment rules and regulations are something that we have to abide, and there’s no running away from it! If you don’t know what to do, let us tell you on what to prepare if you’re living in a service apartment, residential building or condominium.
Well, every property will have a different rules and policy, therefore you can always ask your management before you’re moving. It’s better to gather as much as information as possible so that it won’t interrupt movers to do their work during your house moving. We know it could be tedious, but information is the key.
First step is to get an approval form. This form tells you that a mover, or a delivery service may come to your unit and may require access to the lift. Most of the apartment will require you to submit a form a day before, or on the day itself, but if you’re moving first thing in the morning, we suggest that you have prepared all your documents ready at the guard house or at the management office so that our movers can park the lorry at the designated place.
Secondly, security deposit. Majority of the property in Malaysia will require a MYRXXX amount of deposit for your move. However, this security deposit will not be covered in our package, therefore you will have to pay it yourself. Fret not, most of customers will get back their security deposit in no time. Our teams will do our best to not cause any damage to the property.
Lastly, time allowed to move. All apartments have limited time, this is because they don’t want to disturb the other neighbors after late evening hours. Mostly, their allowed time to move is between 9-5pm, thus it is very vital to arrange your time wisely so that our movers can pack your items, move them to a new house on time.
Hope all this information can be beneficial to you! Happy moving!
